| Once the pack confirmed, we will run the following process 1. Quotation / Price/ Trade terms 2. Rendering/ Technical drawing confirmation 3. Place tool order /New tool process 4. Testing sample submit 5. Artwork - LIBO will provide deco area 6. PPS sampling/ Order 7. PPS confirmation 8. Production - need to check the shipping place and forwarder information 2. | Q3： | Can I change the material after tool done? |
| No. ABS mold cannot do PET material. PET mold cannot do ABS material. Therefore, we always need to confirm the material requirement first before open new tool. | |
| Q4： | If the item which is based on ABS, can we change the material from ABS to PET or any other sustainable materila? |

| Yes, we can provide our raw material brands MSDS and material certification. | |
| Q6： | How long will it take for the new tooling? |
| Generally the average tool time is around 45 days, it depends on how complex the mold design is. After tool done, we also need to run the new tool trial. It approximatly take 4-6 weeks. We will have T0, T1 and T2. We would sumbit the sample for initial review on T1 stage. The final PPS will be made after T2 stage if tool trial improved at this stage. | |

| 1. Testing sample submit 21days 2. Artwork checking - 3 days. 3. PPS sampling - 21 days 4. PPS confirmation - 7 days 5. Production - around 45 days if order quantity below 50k. If above 50k, we need to specially check how many days we need to finish the production schedule. |

| Our standard production lead time around 45 days if order quantity below 50k. If above 50k, we need to specially check how many days we need to finish the production schedule. It still depends on what kinds of decoraion you will have. | |
| Q9： | Is it possbile to chagne the applicator type? If so, would it comes with any other extra charge? |
| After checking with engineer, it is available to adjust according to the need. However,the rod need to match the new brush and need revise the tool. There is extra tool cost around 6000 USD. Please adivse if you confirm the change and tool fee. | |
| Q10： | Can we do split shipment? |
| Yes, you can tell me how do you split the order quantity. I could revise the timeline to show you the overall shipping schedule |
